DELIVERIES
Please ensure you are fully available to sign for, and or, receive your package in person only. Complaints regarding missing packages (Examples: left at the front door but is now missing) cannot be reported as a non-delivery. If the carrier has made a verified successful delivery this order is not eligible for a refund.
DOMESTIC
All domestic packages usually ship within 24/48 hours (excluding holidays & weekends) via DHL, UPS, and USPS. Orders over $100 may require a signature release. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL
