DELIVERIES
Please ensure you are fully available to sign for, and or, receive your package in person only. Complaints regarding missing packages (Examples: left at the front door but is now missing) cannot be reported as a non-delivery. If the carrier has made a verified successful delivery this order is not eligible for a refund.

DOMESTIC
All domestic packages usually ship within 24/48 hours (excluding holidays & weekends) via DHL, UPS, and USPS. Orders over $100 may require a signature release. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL
All international packages usually ship within 24/48 hours (excluding holidays & weekends) via DHL, UPS, and USPS. Orders over $100 may require a signature release. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Luxe My Body LLC is not responsible for any deliveries affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from shipping service to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
