Your satisfaction is our guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason simply submit a return within 30 days of purchase.  A prepaid return label will be provided.

We accept returns within 30-days of purchase date. Merchandise must be returned in their original, condition, packaging, invoice, bag, heel taps, adhesive sole tags, accessories if applicable, and original shipping container.

Luxe My Body reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that it feels does not meet the above requirements or conditions.  Return shipping outside the US is paid for by customer.

Gift cards cannot be refunded, but can be credited accordingly.
