The product arrived and when my wife went to place them on, we dicovered a run in them down by her ankle. Due to her occupation as a dental hygintist she does not have long fingernails so I know she didn't put the run in the hose. I've bought several from your organization before and I even sent an email just a couple days ago to your organization informing of the run that was already in the hose. She had an event and had to wear them as they came, I just wanted your organization to know about the run that came with the pantyhose. Other than that I will have to order her another pair soon. Thank you.
Update: This company has taken my concerns and addressed them. We sent a new pair as soon as the review was read. No other company I have ever had a concern with a product performed as professional and extreme custome care as this one. I have even ordered again after the new pair arrived.
