Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason simply submit a return within 30 days of purchase. A customer paid return label will be provided. If you have any questions regarding submitting a return please contact our customer support team.

Please Note: Our "made to order" superarch footwear is not available for refund returns under any circumstances. Only size exchange, or store credit will be issued, if the return meets our return conditions.

We DO NOT offer returns on international orders.

Please ensure you are fully available to sign for, and or, receive your package in person only. Complaints regarding missing packages (Examples: left at the front door but is now missing) cannot be reported as a non-delivery. If the carrier has made a verified successful delivery this order is not eligible for a refund.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and include invoice. All accessories (if applicable) such as dust bag, heel tips, adhesive sole tags, etc must be intact and returned in original shipping container. Footwear must be unworn and show absolutely no signs of wear.

Luxe My Body reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that it feels does not meet the above requirements or conditions. Return shipping is paid for by customer.
